Driving Directions to Hemlock Inn

  • Take I-40 west to exit 27 (Hwy 74W) near Waynesville, NC.
  • Follow Hwy 74W all the way to Bryson City, NC.
  • As you approach Bryson City, take exit 69 and turn right onto Hyatt Creek Rd.
  • Follow Hyatt Creek Rd about a mile and a half to the stop sign. Turn left onto Hwy 19 and follow again about a mile and a half to the Hemlock Inn sign on the right.
  • Turn right at the sign onto Galbraith Creek Rd.
  • Hemlock Inn will be one mile up on the left.
  • Take 441 S out of Knoxville, through Sevierville, and Pigeon Forge.
  • Take the Gatlinburg bypass into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
  • Continue to follow 441 S through the park to Cherokee, NC.
  • Turn right at the third traffic light in Cherokee onto Hwy 19 and follow it for about 6 miles to the Hemlock Inn sign on the right.
  • Turn right at the sign onto Galbraith Creek Rd.
  • Follow for one mile, and Hemlock Inn will be on the left.
  • Take I-40 E out of Knoxville towards Asheville, NC.
  • Take exit 27 near Waynesville, NC. Follow Hwy 74W all the way to Bryson City, NC.
  • As you approach Bryson City, take exit 69 and turn right onto Hyatt Creek Rd.
  • Follow Hyatt Creek Rd about a mile and a half to the stop sign.
  • Turn left onto Hwy 19 and follow again about a mile and a half to the Hemlock Inn sign on the right.
  • Turn right at the sign onto Galbraith Creek Rd.
  • Hemlock Inn will be one mile up on the left.
  • Take I-85N out of Atlanta to I-985 N.
  • Take I-985 N past Gainesville.
  • The road will eventually turn into Hwy 441N into North Carolina just south of Franklin.
  • Continue on 441N past Franklin to Dillsboro, NC, where it will merge with 74W.
  • Follow Hwy 74W all the way to Bryson City, NC.
  • As you approach Bryson City, take exit 69 and turn right onto Hyatt Creek Rd.
  • Follow Hyatt Creek Rd about a mile and a half to the stop sign.
  • Turn left onto Hwy 19 and follow again about a mile and a half to the Hemlock Inn sign on the right.
  • Turn right at the sign onto Galbraith Creek Rd.
  • Hemlock Inn will be one mile up on the left.
